WordPal uses an algorithm that works behind the scenes to measure your progress and give you words to learn in the order that it believes will best benefit your learning.
Progress is measured on 5 levels, and getting answers right will move you up to higher levels, whereas getting answers wrong will move you down to lower levels.
Words which you frequently get wrong will require many correct answers at spaced intervals before they become 'Mastered' words.
